Poly mesh sleeveless top by wrinqle, the in-house brand of inoue pleats co. It has an allover print of what looks (?) to be shells of some kind, in purple, blue, and yellow. The singlet has a slightly scooped U neck, short length, and handy press buttons and loops attached to the armhole to keep straps in place (e.g. from a slip worn underneath the top).
